Using Your Personal Information For Social Communications

We do not use your data for any social communications or events. However Club, association, state or national sporting body that you belong to, may use your data to provide you with information we believe may be of interest to you such as end of year celebration and special club events.

Your data is stored and protected in accordance to industry better practices in our state-of-the-art hosted Data Centres. Our security practices and processes to store and handle this data is regularly reviewed by independent third-party security firms and optimised in accordance to their recommendations.

EU/UK platforms

Your personal information stored in our data centre in the Republic of Ireland and a standby facility located in Australia. Backup data is held securely by a cloud provider located in Republic of Ireland. We may access some of your data by our development team located in Australia.

We may to transfer your data to other suppliers who are based outside of the EU zone.

Definitions

Data Controllers:  A Data Controller is the legal entity, person or other body that hold and stores customer information and it is the legal entity responsible for the security of that data. This includes where applicable, club, association, state or national sporting body.

Data Processors: A Data processor is InteractSport Pty Ltd who process the data in accordance to the requirements set by the Data controller.

Consent means freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s approval by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing (and storing) of personal data relating to him or her. It is the duty of Data processor to collect consent from Data subject before storing the data in the System.
